"I highly recommend Steve and his crew at Crest Mark. Steve is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. He also communicates well, letting you know of arrival times, anticipated costs, updates and project completion. Of the estimates I received, his was in the middle, but I did not have to worry about it being too low, and lots of "extras" being added in to the final price, or so high that I would have attempted to do it myself and caused further damage or injured myself. I requested a quote to rehang/repair siding on the second floor of the house after high winds knocked it down. Steve came out, inspected the siding (to see if it needed replaced or could be re-used; and fortunately it could) and checked other areas around the house that are typically damaged by high winds. He also explained how the process would work if more extensive and/or expensive repairs were needed and we wanted to file with our homeowners insurance. After accepting his estimate, we planned for later in the week, or possibly the next (depending on his other jobs, but also heavily depending on weather) to complete the work. We were very fortunate and caught a break with mild temperatures and no precipitation, with him calling me the next day to let me know that if someone would be there to bring the siding outside, we could get it done that day. Steve and his crew came out immediately and completed the job, using the existing siding, and fastening it more securely than it had been previously fastened. When the time arrives that we need more repairs or choose to replace/upgrade, I will definitely give Crest Mark a call."

Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! "I originally reached out to BC Services to get an estimate on insulating my barn/garage. During the estimate appointment I mentioned to the young man Beau, that I wished I could find a reasonably priced handy man. He asked about my projects, looked at the list of the things I could not do by myself and quoted me such a reasonable price that I hired the company right then to do the work. The young man hung curtains, replaced the trim on my garage door, secured a loose board on my stoop and even changed the blade on my chop saw! He completed those tasks efficiently and quickly. Doug able to complete the project as planned and timely manner I have every intention to use inside out remodeling for repairs on our other properties. A reputable contractor, should be able to complete the project as planned within the time allocated. Inside out accomplish that check plus. We all know working with insurance companies on storm related, claims can be a nightmare. But Doug works with the insurance company directly to ensure they covered the work that needed to be done. Doug's keen attention to detail brought some additional property problems to light and each time Doug presented detail information often with photos on the problem with his recommendations on how to proceed. Some of those problems were due to previous shoddy workmanship, each time he present with a proposed solution, he let us decide whether to proceed with his recommendation as part of the project or wait to include it with a future project. Some required additional time and cost but many of the repairs were done, were done at no additional cost. that was very unexpected and deeply appreciated. I definitely used inside out remodeling again and a meeting with him this week to discuss or next project."

"They did an excellent job. I wasn't sure my deck and fence could be saved since it had been a while since I had done anything to them. But, with a lot of hard work and care, everything looks fabulous now. Dale leans toward perfectionism. He and his helper took a lot of time and care to make sure everything was done right and the customer is pleased. He explained to us that the stain penetrates into the wood and hydrates it so it retards cracking. And there is a warranty for both the deck and the fence. I highly recommend Desk Rescue."

Separately he repainted our front porch including stabilizing a porch post that had some rot at the base. Paul and his crew were polite, efficient, professional, and did excellent work.
