"We replaced 11 windows at our condo. One window came damaged from the manufacturer and wouldn t close properly. Kim called that day to have a replacement window shipped. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend The Window Source of Raleigh. Great people, great products and great prices!"

"They did a great job. The tunnel needed to be out of view from the street. So they needed to install extra length which works perfectly. Also provided tip for a possible tax credit."

"The Tar Heel Basement Systems Team was a true pleasure to work with. From the very first meeting / inspection with Nathan S to the actual installation and receiving the final product. Also, just to note...the installation team with Tar Heel Basement Systems was excellent. They answered all of my questions and provided daily updates on the installation progress. They provided me with pictures and again answered ALL of my questions and was super patient with me. The work quality was top shelf. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work performed! Thank you again to the great installation team that installed my crawl space enclosure, shout out to Stephon, Matt, and Jorge (and Nate)...great job guys!!!! and very much appreciated! Also, thanks to Nathan S for all of his great advice and wisdom in planning this project for me. Yes, Tar Heel Basement Systems did a great job!!! Thank you!!!"

"<p>This was a tough project, and several other companies claimed they couldn?t do it, and even Steve wasn?t sure, but he said he?d be happy to come out and have a look.</p> <p>When Steve arrived, he quickly assessed that a piece was missing, searched the internet to find the right unit, and then called his distributor and ordered the part.  Awesome!  He said he would come by the next Friday to install and would meet me at 9am with the part.  </p> <p>When that Friday came, I was on my way to the house to meet him, and at 8:30, mid-traffic, he called me and said the part didn?t come in, and that he?s have to reschedule until the following Monday.  The reason I?m giving 4 stars rather than five, is because of his communication.  I mean, couldn?t he have called me the night before to tell me this?  I had scheduled my whole morning around meeting him, and then he just cancelled.</p> <p>The second poor communication came after he installed the door (again, he did a good job).  At the end of the job we asked if he would replace the plastic piece at the bottom, and he said he didn?t have it on him but could get it and bring it back the very next morning.  He suggested we pay him in advance for it and promised he?d return in the morning to install.  So we paid him.</p> <p>The next morning he didn?t come, and he didn?t call.  After several messages to him, he finally called the next day and said he got tied up on a job but would come that day to install.  He finally did, but, again, communication was poor.  </p> <p>So ? good job, but?</p> <br />"

"He was professional and detailed in his work, and worked through a variety of known and unknown issues. (The house is over 50 years old, so we would commonly come across something that wasn’t done to code prior or had issues we couldn’t see. Bob was very helpful in identifying these items and providing recommendations on how to address properly.) Bob was also very good to accommodate our schedules and ensure that he completed the work promptly so that we didn’t have to go without a functioning kitchen for any longer than necessary. For example, he came to remove the sink and stove the day before the new countertops were to be installed. He also then worked a long day installing the new sink and stove the day after. This last day required much rework to the drain line due to blockages in the old pipe. Bob’s overall bill came in just below what he originally estimated, and that was with a few other issues identified along the way too that he addressed and fixed. We were very happy with Bob’s help and would be happy to recommend him and hire him again."
