They were helpful in scoping out the best size and location for our fence around a pool and considering septic lines and tree lines at the woods. They showed us real samples of the product and some others to show the difference. They were very responsive throughout the project as we had some delays with other parts of work that needed to be done before the fence was installed. We never had trouble reaching anyone for questions or any follow-up. They easily accommodated an additional gate and some size/location adjustments from the initial proposal.
