"We had 2 small bathroom floors replaced. Unfortunately the installers did not replace the wax ring when replacing the toilet. Water was flowing under the floors because of this. They were kind enough to come back with a kit from Lowe’s the same night and fixed their mistake. If you hire them to replace bathrooms floors make sure you purchase a wax ring and they replace it. According to the installers they are not provided with them! Besides that hiccup, everything was great. I love our floors and I cannot wait to get the rest of my house done in them."

"Ron's company refinished hardwood flooring which was damaged by a tenant move out. He was punctual and responsive when working to get the job. Stupidly, I paid him without doing a thorough inspection of completed work. His crew neglected to install and nail quarter round at two columns and near a fireplace. I reached out to him for solution to the missed moldings two times; received a response once and then contractor amnesia set in. Fixing these missed details (my fault) cost me an additional $395. I will never use Ron again. The work that they did complete looked amazing. The end left a foul taste in my mouth."
