"Our backyard was basically been a dirt pit for the six years that we ve lived in our house. We decided that we wanted to have our broken patio removed and replaced and we knew we wanted grass for our kids to play on during the pandemic. Friends told us to get quotes months in advance because they all had to wait for landscape companies to do the work. I started the process of emailing local Livermore businesses to get quotes on a Monday. Dan called me back within about 20 minutes and set up a time to come by the next morning. We reviewed what we wanted, which was quite outside of the typical homeowner here. We have a mid-century Eichler style house and wanted a patio design that reflected the period with veins of rock separating concrete slabs. Dan seemed slightly skeptical, but after showing him pictures he got onboard and completely embraced the design. He gave us a totally reasonable quote and indicated that he could start work the next day! We were shocked since we thought no one would be able to start for months. We decided to go with Dan s team without getting any other quotes (seems crazy, but we trusted him). His team was perfectly on time every day, worked unbelievably hard and fast and in just under two weeks our backyard is better than we ever dreamed it could be. In addition to the patio and grass, the team dug trenches to send all of our downspouts to the street ( we had no idea that was possible). They created a raised garden bed, removed a tree, planted 3 new trees and several ornamental vines and plants, leveled our side yard and installed a path and installed an entirely new automatic watering and sprinkler system. Although we chose drought tolerant grass, Dan was very clear about the importance of the right watering schedule and lawn care. Right after the project was done, we had a major heatwave and the grass survived with Dan s protocol and is now thriving with 12 min of water a day. Finally, Dan went on vacation and Charli, his supervisor took over and didn t miss a beat. We will be calling them again as soon as we save up for the front yard. I wish I could post pictures!"

"Repaired Exiting Water Feature. Armando redesigned my entire landscape and hardscape area. Armando and his team installed stamped finished concrete, raised seating walls and a custom BBQ Island. I would definitely recommend Armando with Diverse Scape Pools & Spas"

"Absolutely love my new landscape design! The team was professional, and the results exceeded my expectations."

"We needed work done involving three different trades and were hoping to find one company that could complete all aspects of the job. The work included sheetrock replacement (including texturing to be paint-ready), laminate flooring & padding installation, and bath vanity install & connect water lines. We received estimates from four different companies and chose Armando Espinoza Villa Handyman. Armando came over to see and discuss the job and provided an estimate later that day. He has a calm, low key demeanor and did a good job of listening to what we needed done. His pricing was fair, and he has experience in all the areas involved in our project. He also has many very good reviews on Angi, which was a factor in hiring him. Additionally, we Googled his company to see photos of his work. Armando completed all of the work on our house in just over two days. His work looks professional and we're very pleased with how it turned out. We'd hire him again. We've included photos."

"Omar and his crew did so much and worked so hard. They cut down the brush on the huge hill behind the house, trimmed trees and shrubs, dug up the back yard, and more. I will call them again for future work."
