"I contacted Brett on September 4th and he responded the same day. He made an appointment to come to my home for a quote. I could tell immediately that his attention to detail was far above the other three quotes I had received. He was not the least expensive or the most expensive quote, but he spent more time looking over each wall than any of the other painters. He quoted me a start date of December 3rd. If you know me, I take for ever to make decisions about big projects, but when I do I want them done right then. I decided to test my patience, and it was well worth the wait! Most anyone can paint a house, but over time there are small inclusions that need repair and most painters will avoid fixing these as it takes additional time. Brett went over each item he noticed. I even added on additional areas as we went because I knew he would do it to the standards I was looking for. I will be contacting Brett again for the upstairs bedrooms. I recommend planning ahead."

"Flex Painting was incredibly professional and performed great work. Our home was in desperate need of stucco repair, window trim replacement, and paint and they were able to do that and more. After our kitchen contractors abandoned our window replacements, Flex paint stepped in and got the job done! Bayardo even stopped by for one last walk through after we were satisfied with the work just to touch up spots he was not personally satisfied with. The performed the following: power wash exterior, scrape, caulk split wood, fill cracks in stucco and patch, spackle holes in wood fascia board, prime everything. Apply paint to full exterior of house (including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames. Applied elastomer coating to roof of sun room. They exceeded our expectations on every phase of the project. Mike carefully explained his bid and continued to answer our questions respectfully and in as much detail as we required from start to finish while painting our two-story home. Highly recommended!"
