"Mike and his crew were early for the job, careful with details, worked very cleanly and cleaned up well. The performed the following: power wash exterior, scrape, caulk split wood, fill cracks in stucco and patch, spackle holes in wood fascia board, prime everything. Apply paint to full exterior of house (including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames. Applied elastomer coating to roof of sun room. They exceeded our expectations on every phase of the project. Mike carefully explained his bid and continued to answer our questions respectfully and in as much detail as we required from start to finish while painting our two-story home. Highly recommended!"

"Flex Painting was incredibly professional and performed great work. Our home was in desperate need of stucco repair, window trim replacement, and paint and they were able to do that and more. After our kitchen contractors abandoned our window replacements, Flex paint stepped in and got the job done! Bayardo even stopped by for one last walk through after we were satisfied with the work just to touch up spots he was not personally satisfied with. "The approximate cost was $1300. The guys were nice. But the paint job isn't holding up that well. From the wall were my alarm is when the wall gets touch the paint is coming off. I don't think they did do a primer. It's not holding up I can see were it needs to be touched up in hallway and the laundry room where they painted and same in the kitchen. They were kind of in a hurry so they didn't spend time on prep. That's the kind of comment I will make to future customer. It looks good but they don't do a lot of prep. There were areas that have to be touched up.  It's not even a full year yet. They kind of want to get in and out.  Initially he came in with a price. He verbally gave me quotes for each room and because I am a female. He went outside to his truck to come back with the final bill and it was 3 times than what he said for each room. I say to him I guess I have to give you a not so great review on Angie's List because the quote and the integrity of all that is part of why I use Angie's List. When I said that he called me back and said oh I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking. That wasn't the quote I wanted to give you. I am like oh my god if I hadn't said that this guy will be taking me to the cleaners. They were on time. They were professional."

"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect.
