We had sought three quotes, one was significantly higher than Rick's, and the other never got back to us. When we accepted the bid he told us it would be six weeks due to his other jobs. After five weeks he got back to us to schedule for the following week, but agreed to delay it a week since we were going to be on vacation. He also stopped by to go over the job again and suggested we mark any depressions in the yard that we wanted filled with topsoil (for no additional cost).
