"This is truly an A+ company for concrete repair and we had an excellent experience from start to finish for two jobs. Patty is very professional in handling the calls to schedule appointments and answered all of my questions. Gary was very direct and honest when he looked at the problems and recommended repairs. We also appreciate that he recommended that we hire a structural engineer for some problems with the house. We had 2 contracts that were completed by Joe and his team. They did a great job sealing some significant cracks in the garage floor and then sealing the entire garage floor. It looks like new. "During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. Highly recommend.

"I contacted Brad and his company after I had become frustrated with the dozens of other contractors who were trying to use a difficult situation that I am in for a quick buck.  He promised me he would be different from the others and he did not disappoint.  Not only did Brad agree to help me with resolving the conflict that arose from the damages,  but he also submitted the best estimate of the contractors I had spoken with.  
Brad carefully looked over all of my damages and concerns, answered all of my questions, took detailed notes and even photographed the problems and explained to me the causes and repairs that would be needed.  He went out of his way to accommodate requests that I made.  He came across to me as an honest, hard working and devoted owner/operator.  
I am not one to always go with the smallest estimate as I firmly believe the motto "you get what you pay for."  Although with Brad, I don't feel that to be true.  He provided me the best estimate out of the large stack of estimates I had received and his professionalism and knowledge during the consult has given me confidence that he will provide excellent services and that he takes pride in his work after the job.  
When the time comes, I will be using Brad Kidd Construction for this job and I will consider him for the dozens of other projects I would like done in the next 2-3 years.  Coming across a professional contractor who is honest, hard-working and does quality work is a rarity.  But I think I have stumbled onto someone here who is just that.  I look forward to updating this review later on with including the quality of his work.

"Prolific Painting did a wonderful job! They were friendly and respectful of both me and my home. Nate remembered me mentioning during his visit for the estimate that we had just replaced our baseboard so they taped it off even though we were just having the ceilings painted. He just wanted to be extra careful. We have textured ceilings and walls but they were able to keep a perfect cut line so the ceilings look great. Nate also patched a hole in our ceiling from a plumbing leak repair and was able to blend in the texture with the rest of the ceiling. You would never know it was there. Highly recommend them for any paint or plaster repair job. We will definitely use Prolific Painting for all of our future painting.

"J & M Contracting & Home Improvement was very nice to work with and they are very dedicated.  We gave them a nice size job and they delivered on every deliverable even beyond our original scope of work.  We even ran into remediation work when our bathroom shower pipe busted and leaked all throughout our brand new kitchen, lights and ceilings.  They were able to dry everything out very quickly by cutting holes in walls, running fans, de-humidifiers, and re-finishing the entire kitchen again after they already installed and fixed everything before the major water leak occurred.  We were worried about mold but their fast actions saved us from a lot of headaches.  It was a major step back but they were able to quickly fix and bring our brand new kitchen back to a beautiful finished product again.  Our project lasted roughly 3 months and they work within your schedule.
 
They are reasonable, fair and a trustworthy company with great home improvement skills.  They will not steal from you, but will only provide professional and prompt service.  I even gave them a key to my house to work at their own leisure because of the level of trust I had with them.  I would truly recommend J & M Contracting & Home Improvement for any home project, including exterior work, such us, a roof, gutters, decks, porches, paint, etc.   They do a great job and I even re-signed a new contract with them to provide additional services.

"Excellent. I had a porch roof and main roof replaced. The main roof had a 2 layer tear off. They replaced any wood that was damaged. Roof vents were added to the main roof. They also fixed my gutters. It looks geat!"
