The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"I got a new roof replacement today. I had called Dave Miner last summer to get an estimate. Dave himself came out and I got a good vibe from him. I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote. Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job. "This is the 2nd time working with Durable Remodeling for a roof. This time it was my parents house that needed the roof. Dean came to the house and worked with my parents. The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. They came back a few days later to install the gutters. Very good work. My parents are very pleased and relieved that its done. Communication was perfect. Dean responds very quickly to any questions and concerns you have. I highly recommend and would hire again"
