"Added gutters, but cleaned out inside of gutters, I had asked for the outside cleaned which are dirty. They said they could do that when I originally called. When they came, they said that they don’t clean outside of gutters. Maybe a miscommunication. For what they did I would give an 8 out of 10. Downspouts not as secure as I would have expected. Unfortunately I wasn’t there when they performed work as they came earlier than expected. Had I been there, I may have been able to resolve some of the issues."

I was so impressed that I had him remove the old gutters on the front and replace them with the seamless gutters that he makes on site. I also had him add gutter guards so I never have to go on the roof again. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the quality and price."

"Last year we had Robert over to replace a fallen gutter and asked him to give us an estimate on a new roof. 9 months later we contacted him again and now have a beautiful new roof, true to the estimate, including gutters installed in some key areas that the orginal homeowner neglected. Robert suggested architectural grade which turned out to be a perfect choice as the roof itself looks so much better now and really adds to the beauty of the home. Included is a lifetime warranty and 10 years of algae protection. His crew took about 2 1/2 days start to finish which included stripping the old roof and total clean up - we have yet to find a nail anywhere around the house (Robert knew how important this was as we have dogs and was true to his word that they'd leave nothing behind). I have seen several reviews here giving an F for not being able to get ahold of him - we've never had that problem so I'm not sure what happened but I'm guessing that trying to reach any roofer during springtime in New England could pose challenges as this is by far their busiest time of year. In any case, we'd never use anyone else for our roofing/gutter needs at this point as Robert has been right on the money with all the work he has done for us.
