Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. I hired Patrick to replace our wooden roof rakes with aluminum since squirrels were chewing them and getting into the attic. Less than a few weeks later they were separating at the seams and pulling off the building. Multiple times I asked Patrick if he could do something about it. Multiple times he said he would, or that he would follow up at a later date. Almost a year later, the issue still isn't resolved."
