He tarped the area of leakage and returned with his sizable crew at 8AM the next morning. Upon inspection of my home, it was discovered that the chimney was cracked and pulling away due to water leakage. There was also evidence of some water damage inside. Top Rank replaced the roof and chimney. They removed the vinyl siding and everything that was hiding behind it,down to the sheathing. New plywood, Tyvek, and leveling board were placed, and my siding was reattached. I am very appreciative to have found Top Rank Renovations. "Steve Rich responded to my Sunday email quote request the same day and arranged for a property survey the next morning. Despite the fact that the DOB had no record of a tank being removed, the survey showed no tank present on my property. As follow up, soil samples were taken at the tank "grave' and a report (fortunately clean) was completed and submitted to the DOB. All taken care of within a week. My home insurance was reinstated before the insurance company's deadline to remedy their objection. Steve and his staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the process.
