"Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

"Servicing was performed on time within the 1 hour timeline given. An email was also sent just prior to their arrival with the name on the individual performing the service. The Service lasted about 45 minutes. The filter was changed, the air handler ( in attic) was checked for clogging in the tray and was kicked on to ensure unit was working properly. The condensing unit was pressure checked for proper refrigerant level and the unit was brushed, washed and cleaned both outside and inside the unit. The shutoff was also checked and cleaned ( it was full of dead bees from last season). The service was part of a contract to clean and service but AC and furnace."

"Rob was outstanding and gave me the straight dope on unneeded services that some national plumbers try to charge for services such as pipe inspection. He took the time to explain when a pipe inspection is needed and the most likely scenarios of a clogged kitchen drain (usually something stuck in a bend in the pipe vs a problem with the mainline). 
I had called Rob after hours and he returned my call an hour later. Unfortunately I had ran off to Home Depot by that point and had rented an electric auger. Rob guided me to what the issue was and I ended up fixing it. So I called back to cancel the appointment for the next morning which is what we agreed to do since I had already rented the equipment. 
Going forward Rob is my go to plumber in the area. Period.
