"Bobby was very easy to communicate with from the beginning. He was timely in the delivery of his quote and very competitive. Timing was the big thing for us choosing Reeds Hardwood Flooring. Just days after closing on our “new to us” home, Bobby got to work immediately. Bobby stayed on schedule and was here everyday when he said he would be. The job took about a week in all. However, we did have Bobby refinish the entire downstairs of our 4100 sqft home along with 18 stairs. He helped with custom blending the exact finish we wanted and applying the correct sealant. He really did go above and beyond working with our special circumstances as we have two large “high maintenance” inside dogs. Bobby’s excellent Customer Service didn’t end when the last coat was applied. He came back after all of the work was completed, ensured that his work exceeded our expectations, and provided tips to protect our “New Floors.” We would recommend Bobby to ANYONE considering a flooring project."

The only negative things that I could mention are the price, the scheduling, and the cleanliness of the job after they left. Now, maybe I am expecting too much. It's been a long time since I have had to replace floors but I couldn't believe the price. The labor wasn't as much as the cost of the flooring but I spent twice as much as I wanted on flooring. Also, there were some miscommunications about scheduling. We were up against a tight deadline and I made that clear when I booked the job. We got pushed back further than initially agreed upon. Harold did still manage to get it done in time but they had to work on a Sunday to do it. Finally, when the crew left, the floors were a dusty mess. Not to mention there was extra glue left on some of our base boards. Again, maybe this is the norm but I just think it makes a company stand out when they leave the job as clean as when they arrived. All in all, I would still recommend Harold because he is so good at what he does and he is a nice man.
