"I contracted with Sandstone Construction to install two paver patios in my backyard area. The long, narrow yard with stumps and old roots was challenging, and Kyle was wonderful helping me to design two beautiful spaces that didn't interfere with the natural topography and just invite you to come relax. The attention to detail has really transformed the space, including some stepping stones between patios and a pretty stone step up to the upper patio. The ground work they did before the pavers went in was throrough, and I could see how professional and experienced the crew was at making sure the patios were built on the correct foundation. He told us where he purchases his bricks and advised us to go there and see and purchase one brick as it has been over 50 yrs. since the initial wall was built and the style and color may be a little different. He was very informative and saved us a lot of expense by suggesting a different way of doing the repair work, He is very professional, very honest and really knows his work. He gave us an estimated time to do the work and completed it as he said. Everything was cleaned up and the job was excellent. I definitely would recommend him as he is very professional, very honest and does excellent work."

"I met him at my house and he cut the volunteer tree. He wanted to give me two quotes. One to put gas on the stump and the other to NOT put gas on the stump. I thought that was weird but I didn't listen to my gut. I found out afterwards how seriously he overcharged me. I KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME. I have to write this to women. Ladies, please make sure your husband or boyfriend or a man is dealing with this guy. I'm a woman and I should have had my boyfriend deal with him. I KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME AND WITH THE NEXT CONTRACTOR I WILL DEFINATELY GET OTHER QUOTES NO MATTER WHAT. Also, I asked him to look at my irrigation because I thought there was a break somewhere. He checked the automatic system and watched for low pressure. He said that there was none but I kept trying to show him where I knew the break was and he said "there is no break". A few days later, my husband and I watched the irrigation cycle thru each section and located the break. What lesson learnt? Find an expert and ask them.....We will be using someone from Angie's List for this repair AFTER getting 2 or more quotes.....Lesson leaned and more wisdom for the next time....."

"Called L.G. Major Landscape & Clean Ups to clear some overgrown by many years vegetation from a wooden fence to be replaced and an area where a new fence was going up. Also needed some reworking of the existing sprinkler system. Eddie responded right away. Came to my home to check the scope of work and quoted me a fair price for the job. He and his crew showed up on time to do the job and completed it as scheduled. Did a great job! Looking to have him do some hardscape and stonework next. "The owner Inri was extremely professional in his work.  We first saw him working at a neighbors house and were very impressed with the work he was doing.  When we approached him to talk about working on our yard he took the time to immediately meet with us and discuss what we were looking to do with our property. He quickly followed up with a proposal in a few days and sat down with us to review and discuss what was included in the proposal.  He made numerous suggestions to us based on our conversations and was very open to the ideas that we had.  He was very informative on what plants would work and not work in our hot desert climate.  He researched some of the plants that we were looking at that he was unfamiliar with and was able to direct us on their selection.  He took pictures of our yard and was able to generate views showing the proposed plantings and layout. <br /> <br /> When we came to an agreement on the plan he was able to give us a good schedule as to when he could start the work and how long it would take. <br /> <br /> His team of workers arrived at the expected time and worked full days even in the very hot weather.  They were extremely professional and friendly and were able to answer most questions that we had.  As we redid the entire property the work did take some time.  The first step was to install the paver patio and concrete walk down the side yard.  The workmanship was excellent and were were very please with the final result.  <br /> <br /> There was a large amount of landscaping materials that were brought on site.  At the end of every workday they cleaned up completely and left the property in a very neat manner. <br /> <br /> Along the way we made a few minor changes.  Inri worked within our budget so as to never ask for additional money.  We did make one major change and he was very reasonable in the cost for this additional work. <br /> <br /> We were totally please with the results.  Since the completion of the project he has come back to see how the plants are doing and is ready to assist in any items that we may need."
