"Jose is the owner. He came at the scheduled time to do an estimate - 30 minutes after I called him! Estimate was reasonable cost - install caps on a cinder block wall and repair to brick fences. He was available the next day. He said he would start around 7:30 am, but was here at 7:00 am getting started. Never bothered me - went right to work and did an excellent job! He takes pride in his work and it shows. He did all the clean-up, even in the dirt areas of the planters and no mess was left! Jose is very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service skills. Everything looks wonderful and I would definitely recommend him!"

"I contracted with Sandstone Construction to install two paver patios in my backyard area. The long, narrow yard with stumps and old roots was challenging, and Kyle was wonderful helping me to design two beautiful spaces that didn't interfere with the natural topography and just invite you to come relax. The attention to detail has really transformed the space, including some stepping stones between patios and a pretty stone step up to the upper patio. The ground work they did before the pavers went in was throrough, and I could see how professional and experienced the crew was at making sure the patios were built on the correct foundation. "After years of neglect we needed a whole new yard and Fernando and his crew did a wonderful job. First they had to remove everything including some trees, weeds and overgrown plants. Then came new sprinklers, new sod, new block wall around planter, poured concrete for a new patio and made a retaining wall. They planted almost 150 new plants, 2 trees and trimmed our existing tree. All of this only took 10 working days just like Fernando quoted (and some of those days were 12 hours long). "The owner Inri was extremely professional in his work.  We first saw him working at a neighbors house and were very impressed with the work he was doing.  When we approached him to talk about working on our yard he took the time to immediately meet with us and discuss what we were looking to do with our property. He quickly followed up with a proposal in a few days and sat down with us to review and discuss what was included in the proposal.  He made numerous suggestions to us based on our conversations and was very open to the ideas that we had.  He was very informative on what plants would work and not work in our hot desert climate.  He researched some of the plants that we were looking at that he was unfamiliar with and was able to direct us on their selection.  He took pictures of our yard and was able to generate views showing the proposed plantings and layout.

When we came to an agreement on the plan he was able to give us a good schedule as to when he could start the work and how long it would take.

His team of workers arrived at the expected time and worked full days even in the very hot weather.  They were extremely professional and friendly and were able to answer most questions that we had.  As we redid the entire property the work did take some time.  The first step was to install the paver patio and concrete walk down the side yard.  The workmanship was excellent and were were very please with the final result. 

There was a large amount of landscaping materials that were brought on site.  At the end of every workday they cleaned up completely and left the property in a very neat manner.

Along the way we made a few minor changes.  Inri worked within our budget so as to never ask for additional money.  We did make one major change and he was very reasonable in the cost for this additional work.

We were totally please with the results.  Since the completion of the project he has come back to see how the plants are doing and is ready to assist in any items that we may need."
