"Sandstone Construction was Great, we had them demo out backyard, go deeper into our hillside and installed a 120 ft retaining wall, fireplace , bar & BBQ area , and new patio cove with all new concrete for the patio and around the pool. They work fast and are very clean. We did have a problem in one small area with drainage after they poured the concrete, but Kyle and his crew came back and made it right, that shows a lot of integrity. We LOVE out backyard now! "Scott delivers what he promises for the quoted amount and makes sure customer is happy with their work. I had a large backyard paver job. I had to have them wait on my start date since I had some foundation work to complete and they worked with my schedule. Once ready, the crew came in and worked fast doing demo, prepping for drainage, and installing drains and pavers with some very nice detail work along the way. There was one or two very minor misplaced items along the way that we worked through to get corrected. Scott and his foreman were very communicative and wanted to make sure everything was to our liking and they worked to adjust the install to make sure it met our desires and we were happy with the work, which we were. Highly recommend!"

"This is the second time I've hired Del Mar for my landscaping needs and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They've managed to turn my overgrown, junky backyard into a beautiful oasis. They removed all of the ugly, weed-infested planters I had and put down a high quality artificial turf. They also made sure my palm trees were removed from their cracked pots and planted into the ground, and help me replace a dead orange tree. Everything looks fantastic now. Before the end of the year, I plan to have them help me turn and overgrown area behind my garage into a hidden private grotto with a jacuzzi and gazebo."

Paver contractor was very skilled, very impressive, solving problems that came along - somethings are unknown until demolished or dug up. Everything turned out great, neighbors commenting as well. Pergola guys also were very professional and skilled. Final product in daylight or night is just beautiful. No delays, no issues. Id do it again in a heartbeat."

"Integrated Paver Systems is the third contractor we have hired through HomeAdvisor (the other projects were for a complete window replacement [12 windows+3 glass sliders] and pool replastering) and each time the contractor has --hit a grand-slam--. Our project was for a backyard patio + circular walkway (22-ft diameter, 36 inch wide) around an existing gazebo + outdoor kitchen area per customersdesign specification. The work consisted of dirt excavation, laying down/compacting an asphalt-sand mixture, sand screed and installation of Belgard Catalina Grana, Victorian, interlocking pavers inside border pavers set in concrete. Mark Lacher, the owner, was fantastic and very easy to work with. He knew exactly what we wanted, but then pointed out things we needed and his estimate was well-within the expected cost. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and expertise. The overall paver design called for lots of cuts around the circular walkway and curves around the patio area. Victors crew did an outstanding job in performing the work, but also had recommendations to improve the design and make the final result even more aesthetically pleasing. Kudos especially to Luis for his inputs in improving on the design by adding the graceful curves of the walkways connecting the patio area with the circular walkway area. The entire construction crew was highly qualified: the workmen, or more accurately craftsmen, were not only very respectful and open to our suggestions and requests without complaint, but they were also knowledgeable, well-trained, highly efficient and skilled. We are very happy customers and extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the paver installation. Integrated Paver Systems exceeded our expectations, and we would hire them again in a heart-beat. We will be enthusiastically recommending Integrated Paver Systems to all our family and friends. "The crew did a great job. It took a week to finish due to some rain. The price was fair, as I compared it to several other contractors. They were not the lowest ones, but definitely not the highest ones. Roger was always available over the phone. The crew and leader, Juan, were very professional and courteous. I'd recommend them for sure."

"I wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that is not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough... However, communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project. We were assigned a couple of *project managers*... First, it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job, then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction with the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all... Communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us *no problem* and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It is attractive looking without question... However, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So... Be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract... He gave me a *look*, then told me that he could have done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well... However, those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way overpriced."
