"100% DO NOT Recommend!!! We met the ?news guy? Jay Beede who told us all about how we wouldn?t be unhappy, they guarantee everything blah blah - we gave our info and some other guy - James Jackson called and we set up a time for home to come out - initially it was a same day install then it was ?oh I need to go to Oakland? then an hour later he said he?d do the install - but that wasn?t the issue!!!! The issue is that the pulley system storage system was all great until 11 pm one night it fell onto my car and all the boxes fell onto my car causing $10,000 in damage - he same back out to ?fix? it to blame the Vinyl on cable ?cracked? causing the bolt to fail!!!! Now he is ghosting my husband and won?t return calls!!! Do not take a chance with this company!!!!!"
