After color selection in which they gladly offered pointers and constructive advice, work commenced mid October 2019. In a nutshell, Jeremy the owner (who also performed the work) achieved a stellar result. Compliments all around from friends and neighbors. "Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect. I just know I will get top dollar now for my home! I wonder if he will do my new home in Texas? You can't go wrong using Tim!"

"They did a good job. Tom, the owner, came out, listened to what I wanted and gave me a bid. Talked to others but picked him because he could start the soonest and had a really good price. The paint crew showed up when expected, did a good job of removing dry rot and repairing or replacing boards that needed it. Also scraped off the blisters and any peeling paint they found. Also had them paint the front door. Four day job because it was too hot to work in the afternoon. A day or so after they finished I found a small area of dry rot they missed and another small issue. Called Tom and he had one of the original crew out the next day to take care of it. One thing, Tom just gave me a verbal bid. Didn't actually do the contract until they finished but his word was good. No games."

"We really appreciated Emanuel and his team's responsiveness, willingness, and performance. They were here on time, used high quality product (Sherwin Williams paints) and took incredible care of our home (taking the time to painstakingly cover all surfaces thoroughly before painting so as to protect our floors, etc.) The final product looks really polished, and when Emanuel followed up on the job afterwards to see how everything dried and I mentioned that I found a small area that had dripped, he offered to come back and fix it. Really friendly, thoughtful crew, and quality service all around! Would definitely recommend/use in the future! "
