"Most people are not aware that there is an advocate out there to help you make sure you receive the maximum benefit from your insurance company after a claim has been filed.  They go with the flow and accept what the insurance company adjuster says you will be paid.  Although my insurance company was extremely fair with the estimate of repairs and replacements on my claim I am so glad I called Neighborhood Adjusters.  When we discovered the water leak coming from the toilet in the bathroom, I called a plumber, a water damage control company, the insurance company and Neighborhood Adjusters. Neighborhood Adjusters. came in before the insurance company and worked up the assessment of the damage so that when the insurance adjuster came we had something to compare with.  The water leaked into my living room and the carpet needed to be replaced. The carpet from the LR runs directly into the Master Bedroom, there is no threshold it is continuous.  However, the insurance company only wanted to replace the LR, thanks to NA they also replaced the Master Bedroom carpet.  The insurance company wanted to take down the shower doors and the rehang them,  NA made sure they replaced them with new doors citing that the new tile would change the opening size and the old doors would not fit.  All in all Neighborhood Adjusters won every point with the insurance company that I would never have known to argue.  The end result is that I received enough money to replace everything without paying anything other than my deductible.  Most of all Neighborhood was professional, knowledgeable and handled everything to make this process easy.  I highly recommend them. <br />"
