"I called and left a short message which Carrie Rosen promptly returned. After getting a feel for what I was looking for over the phone, she mentioned a couple products that I may be interested in and that I could see them online. An appointment was made and she arrived right on time with her vehicle laden with product samples. She was very patient and helpful in my decision. Fortunately she allows enough time so that you never feel rushed. She was willing to work out quotes for three different samples after which we went ahead with the order with a lead time of approximately three weeks. The blinds were in after two weeks and Barry called to make the installation appointment. He arrived right on time, set up shop, and was done within two hours. He consulted with me anytime a change could or should be made and offered suggestions. Upon leaving he made sure that I called if I had any problems or questions. "Originally, they sealed the flashing that was installed by the roofer. I still had two leaks that they found later doing a water test. They concluded that the only way to stop it completely was to re-flash the entire chimney and reseal the entire thing. Since then we had had some very bad storms. The inside of our house and fireplace is now completely dry! Their workers are not only very knowledgeable but also very conscientious and through.
