"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all.
