"Make sure you get your invoices. I didnt get my invoices on the job and when I asked the subcontractor to add 4 ft more to the end of house and the contractor Rebecca T. was the subcontractor. I was quoted $350.00. So I get the cash out of the bank the next day. Then Rebecca comes back to me saying I owe another $450.00 I told her you both didnt say that. Why are you doing this to me. Then she said its the labor cost . I gave her another $375.00 The subcontractor that Rebecca T. hired did not complete the job. So I asked Rebecca what are you going to do. So Her and her family had to clean up the mess around the concrete and the house. But I saw a crack in the foundation. I asked her again this needs to be fixed. At the time she could not find the subcontractor who did the work. All I know his name was Kenny. When she got a hold of him about 2 1/2 weeks later. She said you can use him and pay. I told her the job was paid in full and you needed to fix the problem. I told her I didnt hire him you did. So then Rebecca asked me do you want to use him to finish the job. I told her no. She then said she will bring Allen to finish the job.. He finish most of it , but not correcting the crack in the concrete. I asked her when would Allen finish the job. She proceed to say its on me to pay to get the job finished. And try to say things on my text messages that wasnt true. So I told her its your fault and you didnt follow through. Im so upset with this person.She wont return my calls or text now. I was told the job was $5840.00 Her brother name is Keith T., All of the sudden his number doesnt appear in my text she gave me. I paid over 4500.00 And the job is not completed. I will show you the crack made. I also have the job the way Kenny left it. And he never came back. That was the subconcractor she hired. "They were fantastic. Very polite and respectful. They were not trying to gouge us when we were in a desperate situation. It was important to them that we were satisfied. Plus their estimate was far below three others. They will be my first call the next time I need their services."

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"Landscaping was performed with great enthusiasm . They cleared out a pretty good size area of grass and landscaped around the existing garden and laid a barrier down and mulched around it . They were very prompt and didn’t leave until the job was done . An amazing group of guys . We will definitely use them for our next project."

"These guys were great. Prompt on the morning they were to arrive and they were double checking thru the whole job to be sure we were on the same page. There was a small problem with the blocks for the border around the flower bed but Paul called me from the store and sent me a few pics of a different one which I actually like much better than what we originally chose. Finished job looks awesome!!"
