"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

"We have white fabric couches in our living room and one of our cats used one of the couches as a litter pan. I was devastated....figured we would have to order 2 seat cushions and it would be costly. I found Jersey Steamer and decided to give them a shot... BEST decision!! You can’t tell anything ever happened...and even the smell is completely gone. They were at my house within 24 hours of me calling and they offered to be there sooner but it didn’t work for us with our schedules. Not only did they fix my cushions but they vacuumed both couches and when they were done...the couches looked like did when they were delivered 2 years ago!! And for all they did, we couldn’t get over what a fair price they charged! They were so excellent that we’ve decided to have them come in a couple of times a year to have them clean the couches, dining room chairs and kitchen stools which all have cloth seats. After they left, I cleaned those parts myself using an old toothbrush and various cleaning solutions. I also had to remove the paint splatter myself using "Goof Off". But overall, I am happy with the job because the floors were SO dirty before they came and they were SO much cleaner after they left. No one ever cleans my floors as well as I do, but it would have taken me FOREVER to achieve what they did with their professional equipment."

Small mosaics create intricate looks yet take more time to set and space correctly, so labor costs climb. You can leave tiles ungrouted for a short window, but only if the surface stays clean and undisturbed. Once the thin-set cures, finish the job as soon as possible. Use at least two millimeter spacers on walls and three millimeter spacers on floors to give grout room to bond and absorb normal expansion. Larger, rustic tiles may call for wider joints, while precision-cut porcelain often looks best with tighter gaps. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and local code, and you’ll end up with an even, long-lasting layout.
