"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Great!! Two different handymen, two different occasions. Both men were professional and friendly. Replacing the interior door took some time, and it was worth it! Dean was meticulous (and went up and down the stairs so many times) to make sure the door fit properly in the frame and opened easily over the carpet (which the previous door never did). Separately our front stoop needed repair - pulling off the existing stone/brick that was deteriorating and replacing it with bluestone. James does beautiful work - he is a master in masonry. Coming out of lockdown and having both men show up with all the necessary PPE put me at ease - they were being very careful and following all the guidelines. I've already scheduled them for more work. Well worth the price!!"

"Bo is the absolute nicest contractor we have ever met. He was great at explaining what repairs needed to be done and exactly how he was going to tackle them. We hired Bo for grout repair, caulking/sealing and to fix our glass shower door. His work is meticulous, our corner shower looks new again and Bo addressed our biggest concerns about preventing water from leaking to the first floor ceiling. Will only hire Bo for this work go-forward and will recommend to anyone I can."

"We completely redid our bathroom which included changing the layout, a very complex redo of plumbing lines, new concrete bathroom floor and installation of everything new and shiny. Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. The only thing is you can't use it for 48 hours. In order for all that product to cure it can't get wet. It was the best thing I did, it looks like a new shower. They are a little pricey, but it is worth it. He was a little pricey, but the tech that he sent out happened to be a former marine and he was the nicest guy who did a fabulous job. It is magnificent. I think the floors are a little pricey, but between you and me the guy fixed a couple of cracks in it for me. He did the whole floor and did not charge me. He was in my bathroom for a couple of hours; it is a process. They sent a sales rep out who comes and looks at the job. Then they give you the estimate and you pick and choose what you want done.
