The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."
