"If anyone has read my reviews in the past, one would know that I hold NOTHING back. Since May of 2020, I have been embedded in the worst home owner's improvement experience in my 44 years of life on this earth. I would not even get into detail on this review, as it would be an insult to even mention other companies names with Castro Rivera. Castro Rivera is like no other company I have dealt with. I knew from the very moment I reached out that I had found someone very special. They basically took my nightmare and turned it into a dream come true. They were the final "step" so to speak in having my property "reconstructed" after the DISASTER that 2 other companies left me with. I dealt with Mike and Juan from Castro Rivera, and I am not sure who was nicer. In a nutshell, they were young, yet two of the most professional men I have ever dealt with. Juan responded IMMEDIATELY to my request (which by the way was at like midnight while I was desperately searching for a landscaper). I would not expect this to be the norm, although it would not surprise me on bit if Juan answered at all hours of the night. Mike and Juan revamped an entire section of my backyard, leveled out mounds and mounds of mud, planted beautiful trees and perennials, and laid sod down (not only in the areas requested, but he had extra and I walked out to the most amazing surprise to see other areas groomed and perfected). Each time they said they would be here, they were here. They were on time, worked hard, cleaned up beautifully, and their final project came out flawless. I have found a new company to address all of my landscaping needs. Please believe me when I say there are crazy, unprofessional contractors out there that are capable of ruining your home! It happened to me as 2 companies destroyed my backyard attempting to build a simple cement patio. Castro Rivera Landscaping saved the day...and you have an entire family who are forever grateful!"

"Professional efficient definite value. The area these guys planned and landscaped looks amazing . We did not know what to do with the areas in front of our house. Steve and Steve gave us their best and what a great look. I say thanks a million times over. Deirdre McCormick"

"Renzo has been very responsive to all my landscaping needs. Reasonable prices and any concerns are addressed promptly."

"We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Jose and his team from JG Landscapers did for us. We had been struggling for months to tackle a massive overgrowth of unmanageable shrubs, bushes, and — to our surprise — thick poison ivy, oak, and sumac that had completely taken over the front of our home. My husband and I felt overwhelmed and defeated. Jose’s team came in with professionalism, skill, and efficiency and transformed our entire landscape in just a short time. They removed everything with care and precision, leaving behind a perfectly prepped space that’s now ready for fresh grass and a clean new look. What we appreciate most is how they gave us a renewed sense of pride in our property. The front of our home looks refreshed and open, and we can’t wait to watch the new grass grow in. We’re already planning to use JG Landscapers for future projects! Highly recommend — if you’re feeling stuck or discouraged with your yard, this is the team to call."

"Awesome job. They called ahead and arrived exactly when they said they would. Very professional and courteous crew.....I couldn't be happier with the results !!!!"

"Very professional and thecwork is excellent!"

"From the outset, we were impressed by Starkie Brothers' professionalism. First of all, a live person actually answered their business phone and, on the spot, set up an appointment for a consultation and estimate. The woman we spoke with was polite, warm and competent. John Starkie came out to our house several days later, listened to our wish list, surveyed the area and wrote up a detailed estimate. Mr. Starkie is a personable fellow but more importantly, he is a straight shooter. We liked him from the beginning and our instincts were proven to be correct. He wrote up our estimate on a Friday, by the following Tuesday our project was complete. He organized and coordinated everything: the scheduling of the cement mixer and the power washer to interface with his own technicians and move the project along most efficiently. It was a pleasure working with Starkie Brothers. We've already recommended them to several of our neighbors who've complimented the work we had done and we fully intend to employ their services in the future."

"It went really well and fast too. They were friendly, and compassionate about their work. Will definitely hire again"

"JA Land Development came to my house for an sod insulation. Not only did my sod lawn look amazing . They took there time out of their day to clean my driveway by power washing and blowing it off. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you again JA Land Development."
