"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. "If you are looking to have masonry works done, either on a large or small scale I highly recommend Sammy’s Construction.  After our initial meeting Sammy invited me to visit his website to view his work afterwards which, I was stunned and impressed, and in this age of digital photo touchup I am happy to say his actual work matched the photos seen on his website. I had many questions that I think would have annoyed the average contractor but Sammy showed sincere courtesy, exceptional patience and genuine concern.  The jobs in question I had them do were, repair to my chimney and adding steps to my backyard. I received quotes for the job from several other contractors that were twice the price Sammy offered. After hearing Sammy’s detailed analysis I would have gladly paid the higher prices to have them done correctly, but the quote he offered was still considerably less than the same work offered by his competitors. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before.
