(Wainscoting, crown moldings, painting) The project came in under budget and was completed in less time, than planned. Carpenter/painter has an eye for detail, pride in his work and always cleaned up in the areas where he worked. Frequent communication, from the owner, always kept me informed. "I was so pleased with how this project came out. Evolution Painting was extremely easy to work with, from the first contact with Ariela, the COO. The estimate was very detailed, with all the work clearly spelled out. The job included power washing, scraping and painting the house, with repairs to some shingles and dry rot, and similar work on the shed. The crews that came out to do the various parts of the job were all really nice, very neat and incredibly quiet. Besides being very professional, it seemed that they also realized that a lot of people are working from home these days, and kept disruptions to an absolute minimum. (Some noise, of course, is inevitable, but I didnâ t know anyone could be so quiet with an aluminum ladder!) There was so much rot on the shed, they essentially rebuilt it, and it looks fantastic. The painting â house and shed - was excellent. They took great care to cover the windows and anything else that shouldnâ t be hit by the paint. The cleanup every day was very thorough, including getting the sawdust out of the grass. And the final touchup work was meticulous. I got three estimates for this work. The cost of the painting was similar in all three proposals. Evolution Painting had the best estimate for dealing with the wood rot, and the clearest proposal for the shed. The cost of the shed work was a fraction of the cost of replacing the shed with a new one. I highly recommend Evolution Painting!"
