They spent about an hour with me to find four Lamp shades, I took the lampshades and tried different ones and they made adjustments and they replaced the plugs on a very old cord. It was a very good experience. They have an excellent selection. I called them and when I got there, they were there to see me. I have recommended to other people and I would use them again if I needed to."

"Steve was amazing. Having not had the air ducts cleaned for around 10 yrs I was worried that they would be in pretty rough shape. Amazingly not. The dryer vent cleaning was another story. The dryer had build up over time that the vent sensor was coming on all of the time. As the duct work was installed in an unusual method to begin with, Steve managed to piece it apart and resolve the clogs at the pinch points. Amazing service and professionalism from start to finish."

"<p>JJ came to look at the situation on the day I called. While he knew what needed to be done, he recommended an analysis by a structural engineer so there would be no questions as to what was done in the future.  His engineer produced a stamped report for a reasonable price and in a timely manner.</p> <p>The final cost was slightly above the estimate, however there ended up being some additional work that needed to be done that was not included in the initial quote.</p> <p>It was important to me that the work be completed before winter and it was. Nothing is perfect and there were a couple of minor miscommunications regarding scheduling along the way, but when I reached out to JJ, he was quick to respond and reset my expectations.</p> <p>The actual work was done primarily by Truman. Both JJ and Truman clearly took pride in the quality of the finished product and I would definitely call on them again.</p> <p>Regarding the ratings. I'm a firm believer that no one is perfect and an A should only be granted to those who perform flawlessly and who complete work ahead of schedule and under budget. Those who meet my criteria of perfection are few and far between. A "B" rating in some categories should NOT be taken in any way as a negative.</p> <br />"
