"The team did an outstanding job installing our hand scraped solid hard wood flooring in a fairly large room.. They were prompt, professional and respectful in every way. They arrived on time every day. The first day they were at work as soon as they arrived and had removed the existing carpet and the baseboards within the first hour . They then proceeded to install roughly half of the boards during the afternoon. The following morning they arrived on time and promptly completed the installation of the raw wood flooring. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They allowed the floor to get "acclimated" for 3 days and the following Monday they arrived early and sanded and scraped the floor to give it the desired texture and selected the stain so that it would closely match the existing wood floors in the rest of the house. Today is Wednesday and we now have beautiful new wood floors. The workers did a great job under Joseph's leadership. It is obvious he's found people with great expertise and more importantly, have a great work ethic and pride in their job. And as other reviewers have said, the price was very fair. I would recommend Joseph and his team to friends and family without any reservations! Update October 17, 2017 The floor they installed in the original review was in one room of a house that already had wooden floors in all the other rooms except for the bathrooms. Budget, floors did an excellent job matching the new floor color and style to the existing one. The reason for this update is that after seeing the beautiful new floor, the old floors now seemed worn and tired by comparison. We decided to have Budget Floors come back out to spruce up the old floors. They arrived on time yesterday morning. By the evening they had lightly sanded, repaired and recoated the old floors. Last night we were not able to inspect them because the coating was not completely dried. This morning we were able to see their excellent workmanship once more. The old floors look as if they were brand new. They patched areas that had developed scrapes and a few gashes over the 17 years of use of the original floor and made it look as good as the new ones they installed two weeks ago! Thanks again to Joseph and is talented team of craftsmen."
