He talked us through everything before he got there about what was needed and even what could be needed. He stopped on his way to over to get the materials and showed up. He was meticulous with everything, even the demolition. He educated us so we know what know what to look for in the future and won’t get taken advantage of. I could go on and on about his work, but I’ll spare you the book. Just know if you work with him on one thing, you’ll be searching for something else to work on with him… he’s just that good.
