Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone."

"The old cast iron sewer split from septic tank to full and half baths. The project ran from Aug. 3-Aug. 20 due to additional work needed & scheduling of half days until the 20th (remaining payment needed). Called several times for walk thru and finish. As of Sept. 26, incomplete, still need 1/2 bath toilet stub out cut & chrome ring, replace top half of shower drain to base (replaced in May with new shower remodel) and clean cardboard & debris from crawlspace. I called Goodman for appointment, no callback. Oct. 8, Guaranteed Plumbing finished remaining work. New problems: Oct. 18, roof leaking inside at hallway and bedroom, called roofer who took pics due to NO CAP on main Bath Vent. I received a callback today from James assuring me of warranty."

"It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend?
