All 3 were great experiences. • Repaired wall tile in one of my bathrooms after a plumber had to open the wall up to replace shower fixtures. • Repaired tiles and grout in and around my in-ground swimming pool deck • I had one of my bathroom showers completely re-tiled. The company re-tiling the first time did a horrible job. Tiles were not aligned, Grout looked horrible and started cracking soon after it was finished, leaked in one spot. Rather than dealing any more with that tile company, I called Primo tile. I showed the bathroom shower, they immediately could see all the mistakes, explained what the previous company did wrong, and gave me a fantastic estimate on the spot. They started and completed the whole job the following week. This included removing everything down to the bare wall studs AND old tile flooring AND subflooring, including old beams and joists (our house is pier and beam).
