"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"This gentleman is very highly recommended! Olaf is extremely polite, professional, courteous, and ultra professional. He is very quiet when working. No loud music playing. He is extremely meticulous with his work and does not rush. We have a 400 lb statue on the lanai that I certainly can’t move. I asked Olaf if he could tile around it, and he flatly refused telling me that is not the proper way to do the job. He moved the statue to complete the job, and moved it back into place without being asked. We are ecstatic with the results snd will definitely hire Olaf again.
