"Salesman was late for appointment. After accepting bid, work was scheduled for a Friday. I planned accordingly. I received a telephone call on Wednesday informing me crew was ready to come out. I adjusted my other appointments and called back. I was told crew was loading the truck and would be out in 15-20 minutes. They showed up 1 1/2 hours later. Once they arrived the men were very efficient. They tore down and removed the old fence and completely built the new fence in 2hrs 15 minutes. I was pleased with the workmanship. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again. They do need to get their act together on all timing"

"When buying products through the "Big Deal" it is difficult to understand the availability of the vendor because the site makes us just pick dates at random. I was not in a big hurry to get the work done and was quite flexible on dates. However, when I just pick dates apparently Angie's list translates that as an urgent need to the vendor.  When I was finally able to speak with Chad, he informed me that his availability was not open until June. I told him I was flexible and that would be fine. Then, within a week or so he called to tell me that he had an opening come up and could they start the next day. Great! <br /> Chad arrived on time the next day to review the job and start work. The "Big Deal" was not enough to cover my job and we worked out the details of the remainder of the job and he provided me with an itemized breakdown via email to confirm what we had discussed. His team started work immediately and were done in a few days. <br /> Chad was in constant contact regarding questions, updates on the job, and pictures of the progress. He and his team were very courteous and accomodating (like when we had to keep asking them to move their truck - I felt bad we kept interrupting their progress). I really felt like he went the extra mile to make sure every detail of the fence met my expectations and would be a superior product that would last for years. The best part for me is the gate! I can open it with two fingers!  I had to grab, lift, and pull the previous gate to get it open. <br /> I didn't budget enough to have every bit of old fence removed this year, so I told Chad to make sure and pencil me in for more work next year! <br />"

"Raymond has maintained my lawns for several years now as I am active duty military and was stationed in Alaska when I first started using his services. I met him in person before he was hired and just knew he was the right person for the job. Every time I have gone home for a visit to Baton Rouge I have always found the grass cut and the lawn perfectly manicured. Even if I showed up unannounced I have always found the grass freshly cut and the lawn in tip-top shape. He is very dependable and always follows through and does whatever he says he is going to do for you. He is a person that is very easy to talk to and is also very helpful if you need help making decisions regarding landscape design, all things horticulture, and irrigation services. And yes, I would strongly recommend him to anyone who reads this who is scrolling through all of the lawn service adds on Angie's List looking for someone who is very dependable and reliable."

"Brandon showed up three hours before set appt. time with no phone call, and luckily I was home. He was courteous, and the price quoted was good. We selected based off of this- had two other Companies quote as well. The date set for the work was changed by Acadiana Gutters a few times over the next three weeks (probably due to set backs in schedule from rain). Their installer called me himself over the weekend, and asked if he could come b/w 7:30-8 the following Monday. He commented he wanted to start early b/c it is cooler. My husband waited with me Monday and two hours later the installer had not shown up. My calls to their office went to an answering machine. The installer finally showed up three hours later, and blew me off when I asked why he did not call by saying "stuff happens". They did remove the old gutters quickly though, installed the new, larger gutters, and did a very good job of cleaning up the work area as well. The next heavy rain we had proved that one side of the house had un-level gutters (water stayed in the middle), and the other area the rain bypassed the gutters altogether due to the very high (too-tall) drip edge. Now this drip edge was there prior to Acadiana, BUT we did comment that the rain often bypassed the old gutters altogether by spilling over the top of this tall drip edge. Brandon said when quoting it would not be an issue with the new, larger gutters. It was an issue though, and we had the same exact issue with the new gutters. <br /> I sent a video showing what was happening with the water flow after the install. They did eventually call back.  He later said they do not cut these drip edges without a waiver, which we would have liked to have known from the start. Brandon said we needed a third down spout to solve the problem, which initially when quoting he said we only needed two. They also said our patio was not level, which is true- but that is not what was causing the water-bypassing- the-gutter issue. The installer said he would be back by the following week. Three weeks later he did finally come out, and fixed the leveling problem with some of the gutters, and added the additional spout. I have to give them credit for coming back out, and they did not charge for the additional spout either. We still have the same issue- water bypassing the gutter in spots due to the high drip edge. It was not the best experience and the level of communication was poor, but they did come out and I think rectified to the best of their ability. We will be calling someone else to address the drip edge. <br />"
