The ceilings on the first floor had fallen in, and poo water was everywhere. He was absolutely no nonsense professional in getting a stinky situation under control. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he wasted no time doing it in a thorough and professional manner. He was helpful through the entire project, from cleaning up the nastiness, to dealing with the insurance company, and getting the tenants back into their home. If a drawing is required for the project there will be a design fee before the project can be started. Or if a drawing is not required ( customer wants a standard type item Dave has) then a fee is not required. Once a design is completed a deposit is secured, a timeline is established and a delivery or pick up date is estimated. Herzfeld Studios accepts, Visa MC and personal checks.
