"Finally, I have found the service for which I have been searching for two years! I am, admittedly, a fussy housekeeper, who now that I am settling into retirement, needed to be able to turn over the lion’s share of the care to an experienced, skilled and responsible group. The RioMaid team, headed by Czar, is just large enough to insure superior, consistent service, yet small enough to be able to customize that service to our particular needs. Ours is a 108-year-old Craftsman with lots of fine wood and furnishings, requiring gentle care—a fundamentally important understanding that Czar didn’t need me to articulate. At our first meeting, he carefully surveyed our home, discussed my requirements and worked out the details for ongoing service. When he returned for the first appointment with two other team members, Priscilla and Veronica—two delightful young women, as pleasant as they are efficient—they were ready. He had promised me that, though I am always welcome to provide input, I wouldn’t need to nervously hover or micromanage, as I have had to do with other services. And he was right! A good book, a cup of tea—and I’m set, as the team works it’s magic. Long story, short—our home continues to sparkle in RioMaid’s care. Choosing this team is one of the very best home maintenance decisions we have ever made!"

I gave Lorraine an exhaustive check-list and Armando with great diligence fastidiously accomplished his task. He even helped clean up a mess I made the evening before that was not on task. I will absolutely hire Made with Joy for maintenance now that my house is so clean. I highly recommend them for their friendly and thorough service. "The manager of this company was very nice, really helped me out sending someone to clean when another person cancelled same day. Totally in a bind, guests flying in to stay and appreciate the willingness to help, great communication. Cleaning: it definitely got my place to a more presentable shape and the cleaner was willing to help with anything I needed and that didn?t go unnoticed. However, the cleaning itself was not the best I?ve ever had. The products used left everything a little oily and the attention to details was not all there. I had to ask for certain things to be cleaned again (like kitchen sink looked bad) and when she said she was done in bathroom there was still a few hairs in sink and tub. Also, when she was about to mop I inspected floors and they were not clean at all, had to hand her my vacuum to finish and a lot came up into canister. She also did not take my trash out. Overall: great customer service, I would maybe try again but diff cleaner (not Lizabeth)"
