Within 15 minutes I received a call back. They were at my house within an hour. They cut up the tree and removed it from my property, first asking if I wanted any wood from the tree. I did not, so it was disposed of. They also cleaned the leaves from my neighbors pool. Fortunately there was no real damage to the fence. (Thank goodness it was a fairly new fence, or it would not have withstood the force of the tree falling on it.) They returned the next day to get rid of the tree stump. They were very efficient and cleaned up the site perfectly. Polite, efficient and timely, what more could you ask for from anyone! I will be having them do more work for me at the first of next year.
