"I called Shannon to get a quote to replace my crawlspace vents which had been sealed up by a previous homeowner. He came out and gave me an estimate the next day. He explained everything very well and also looked at my crawlspace and made recommendations on what I could do to keep it dry down there. He ordered my vents and kept me updated on the status and when they came in he let me know and we scheduled the install day. He said he would be here at 8am to put them in and he literally pulled into the driveway at 8am on the dot. Install went as smoothly, vents look and function great. House is currently under contract and I plan on recommending him to the new buyers for any waterproofing needs that they may have or want as part of the transaction. Would definitely hire again in the future."

"He gave me an estimate within two days so it was a quick estimate. Whether it will be done before winter is questionable. I had to call him instead of him calling me. I would have felt  better if he had called me. He sent a proposal and I sent it back but I would have appreciated an acknowledgment. The estimate is high but I would rather pay good money for good work."

"Called for some work to be done on the roof and got me more than I could’ve thought. They found unexpected roof damage i.e wind damage and hail damage. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"

"Guys showed up as was told by Jimmy. I was worried about the integrity of my brick foundation being compromised being a hundred years old and having no footer. So salesman Andrew said guys will break up the concrete floor, lay tile, and concrete one wall at a time do it may take 3 days to complete job. I liked their drain tile the best out of the companies that came by and his answer to preserving my brick foundation. So I hired them I was a little shocked at the 40% down to get scheduled and started seeing how many bad contractors are out there ripping people off. But I paid the 40% and as advertised guys showed up 3.5 weeks later to do the job. Guys finished in one day which was surprising to me because salesman Andrew said 3 days to make sure brick foundation was cared for but that didn't happen. Guys cleaned up after themselves, when done collected payment and explained warranty info. Quality of work was good details could have been better or more crisp like the application of cleanspace to wall wallintegrityand lip board that will catch any water running down wall.I would hire again as long as my brick foundation maintains its integrity. And so far no water in basement. <br />"

"I was very happy with the final product and our experience with Mauricio and his crew. Mauricio was very prompt and fast to return calls and set up an appt to provide an estimate. He was able to give his advice but at the same time he did what we asked to do without question. Mauricio cares about the quality of work and the finish project. The fence for the back yard is very big and had a lot of room for error and Maurico and his crew did an excellent job and I am very pleased how clean and crisp the fence line is and how the cedar fence looks. Also, I was shocked at how fast they built the fence....It took one day for them to set the posts and then when they came back to run the fence it was done in one day, gates and all! Very impressed with his and quot;lets get straight to work attitudeand quot; and how he manged his crew. Overall, I feel the price was accurate for type of labor and the amount of material required for the job and I plan on using Mauricio in the future for other jobs. <br />"
