"Owner Dustin Rowland came out to view the job prior to quoting a price and provided a written estimate via email within a day of his visit. Scheduled work for the following week. Did a fantastic job getting green and black growth off the vinyl siding, carefully cleaned the painted brick, made sure all gutters were clear, washed and rinsed the entire house and exterior of windows, and covered the plants as he worked his way around the property. Also washed and rinsed all the screens (I removed prior to his arrival) and stacked neatly when done. My house has a lot of detail and he went over it carefully and even went back to one stubborn area to be sure it was thoroughly cleaned. Very satisfied with the work and recommend without hesitation. Price was very reasonable for the work performed."

I contacted a company I used before for power washing and they informed me they did not work on rust stains because it was extremely hard to remove.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   I found M&D on the Internet.    I spoke with Mark  Dye owner of the company. Mark also said rust stains were hard to remove but he could get the drive clean. Mark arrived early on Monday morning and started the cleaning process. After working all day the drive was   sparkling white. Mark is a very responsible and professional individual. Mark also cleans roofs and power washes houses. I would highly recommend  Mark.           </p>"

"DC Roofing & Exteriors did a fantastic job of working with our insurance to get most of this project covered when we had been denied by them twice. Once on the job they were great. They took our old roof off, fixed some boards underneath, and put the new roof on in the same day. Our gutters were done a week or so later. It all looks great."
