Been in commercial construction for the past 4 years. Worked on government jobs doing metal framing, drywall hanging, taping, painting, and door installation. Now I am seeking to branch off and show my skills by fixing residential homes. I do have a residential contractors license but it is under a different company name. We are a full service hearth and home business which provides sales of wood/gas/pellet systems. To include service/repair along with chimney sweeping.

"The job was stalled due to staffing changes at their company and lack of communication. Started in September and didn't finish until November. When I went to pay the final invoice by credit card they charge 3.5%, that's $35 per $1000! Totally ridiculous especially for such a costly job. They want a paper check? Really?"
