"The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

They had to jackhammer through our basement concrete, while re-routing water from their dig site, in order to get a pit for a super sump pump installed. They handled the project professionally, and with ease, always positive and cheerful, during the whole project. Needless to say, the whole project turned out perfectly, and our furnace and entire basement were saved from the flooding conditions.
