"Cleaned and flushed all gutters and drain pipes - cleaned up all flushed material"

"Rating provided at time of service . WET CLEAN , not a dry clean , DID NOT SKIP REAR GARAGE GUTTER as another pro had in the past . Pros did a thorough , complete CLEAN UP , bagging debris , no mess below and blew work areas so no mess to clean up . Review is for complete gutter clean out only and clean up - as seen presently and not had the chance to check after rains but they do pride themselves on a 30 day clean out guarantee . I did not have any disclosed problems prior ( except one downspout off of rear garage ) so don’t expect to have anything new to the gutters and systems . Pros Did find one minor repair needed and it is already scheduled with them on a downspout to replace . Worked with me to honor a competitive price and still not sacrifice quality of their work . Like you don’t pay pros on site but pay invoice directly on their account website privately. PRIVACY :photos need to be of GUTTERS ONLY - and not the HOME , other buildings or private areas permission not granted"

Initially I didn?t get an answer and I?m not big on leaving messages for a service but David promptly returned my call. He was pleasant and accommodating and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They showed up as scheduled and was quick and thorough. They even provided pictures of the finished work. "????? I couldn?t be more satisfied with Black Diamond Home Improvement! I had gutter guards installed on my house, and from beginning to end, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The pricing was honestly mind-blowing. I couldn?t believe how reasonable the price was for the quality of work I received. On top of that, the knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail this pro brought to the job were beyond impressive. He clearly knows what he?s doing and takes pride in his work. Everything was done professionally, and the finished job looks great. I?m extremely happy that I found Black Diamond Home Improvement on Google. Finding a contractor you can trust isn?t always easy, but I?m very glad I found this company.
