He explained in detail what treatments he was going to put on the lawn. Matthew did a very thorough job making sure he treated all areas of our lawn. Rutland Turf has some very good equipment for their techs to use, and Matt was adept at using the ride-on lawn spreader/sprayer. We're very pleased with his work today! We have a small landscaping project that we'll be contacting Rutland about. After seeing the quality of their work today, we won't hesitate to have them give us a price for another project."

"All went well. The fellow seemed very knowledgable. He completed the spraying and the house had to be vacated while he did the spraying. I was not totally comfortable with the idea of leaving a service provider in my house all alone. Perhaps I am too suspicious but he said it was a law that the house be vacated by humans and pets while the spraying was being done. As it turned out, there was no problem with that, thank goodness. The real test of success will be to see if carpenter ants or mice reappear in the near future. I am just hoping the A rating is well deserved. Finally, I have to say the woman I spoke to at the office was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Her very positive attitude went a look way in getting me to commit to this company's service. <br />"

His crew came prepared, clearly knew what they were doing, and were pleasant and professional at all times.
