His team were always prompt, courteous and professional to my tenants and family members. Throughout the project he kept in touch via text which was my preferred mode of communication. While working on my house he informed me if any dirties potential problems that may interfere with the substantial investment I was putting into this home improvement project. I was grateful for that information and was able to make the repairs needed. Upon completion of the project I was informed of any additional information I wanted to know for future reference. "You can't get better than Wally in terms of quality, professionalism, and consistency. He removed all the sand in our yard, filled it with loam, spread seed, and built a brand new stone patio. He took the time to explain everything to us and ways to improve the project, but NOT for the cost. He helped us save money every step of the way. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects.
