"It was awesome! He did an incredible job. I bought a house from an estate that needed updating and repairs and he brought it to a GEM! Great workmanship, easy to work with making design decisions, speedy getting it done, and brought this huge! Project in under budget. I do SO wish we had taken pictures from beginning to end. The outcome seemed almost miraculous. We took down walls to open the place up and the popcorn ceiling that my darling husband INSISTED had to stay got matched exactly so you would never know the walls had been removed. Now the place is so open and full of light. Joshua even made a cabinet door to match one that was damaged and we could not find a match. Figured out how to fit a second “lazy susan” cabinet into the kitchen AND made a custom ‘niche’ above the refrigerator cabinet that is usually wasted , can’t reach it storage space. He was Just a pleasure to work with and great workmanship! Oh, and in the laundry room he built a storage platform for our front loading laundry pair that is gorgeous and outperforms and was less expensive than the metal ones you buy. Northman is going to come back and install seamless gutters and gutter guards as soon as I can get it scheduled."

"The crew were very professional.  The crew had a canceled job and came to my home with out notification that they were coming. 

As stated above the crew were not from Rich.  Rich uses a crew of installers that have a machine to cut the gutters which as explained from Lucas from Rich is very expensive so Rich hires outside contractors.   I was not informed that a Rich Truck and Rich people would not be doing the job.  I did have to call Rich to confirm that the crew who came to my home was indeed working with Rich. 





All in all the job was done and the crew was very pleasant and did a great job.
