"What impressed me most about Best Decks LLC was their loyalty to the customer. They followed up after the job was done to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of integrity is rare. The deck itself is gorgeous ? solid, well-built, and exactly what we asked for. Our neighbors keep asking who did the work."

"Our repair person, Mohammed, did an excellent job repairing our composite deck. He knew what needed to be done, explained it thoroughly to us, and did such a good job that the deck looks like new again. We were impressed with his work ethic - he returned phone calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, brought the right tools with him, and didn’t leave until we were satisfied with his repairs. We definitely would hire him again for any future home repairs."

"Good customer service. Installer of repair service should keep his day job and give up carpentry. He made an extra saw cut into a board that was not going to be repaired. Due to a measurement error(?) one of the deck board was pieced instead of all one length. He had to make an extra trip to buy screws since they were not included with the supplies. When the carpentry was completed the installer left and I had to sweep the sawdust off the deck so we could walk on it. A pile of old wood was left for someone else to clean up later. Deck Pro came back a few days later to replace the boards and clean up their junk. The deck now looks good."

"Easy to get a quote and competitive cost. Ben communicated throughout the process and helped get the paperwork needed from the township. Together with Chris, they removed our old wood deck and replaced with Trex. Clean up was excellent. We love our new deck!"

"After I damaged the support beams on my front porch causing the structure to partially collapse and pull away from the house, Eric Nessim was the only contractor willing and able to start repair immediately. His crew installed the necessary supports for the second floor which allowed for a total demolition of the front deck and porch. They laid out a detailed plan for the rebuilt deck/porch and allowed us to make a few customizations. They provided daily updates on their progress and next steps. Neighbors complemented the crew on their professionalism and daily clean up. They completed the job timely and on budget. The finished product is better than I could have imagined - absolutely the best looking porch on the block. I highly recommend Eric and his team."

"I had a huge hole in my front porch Done by my childrens horse playing I could have fixed it myself but me and my wife is always at work, but I met Alvin on my lunch break, he showed me his work and I hired him, now not only my porch looks better than once did but now it can actually hold up the abuse, my porch deck is more sturdier and more level in balance."

"David called within minutes after I posted my need for vinyl siding repair and was at my home within an hour. Knowing heavy rain and wind was coming the next day, he brought his two guys over who did an exceptional job. They even caulked an area beside our chimney! The heavy rain came the next day and I was able to relax."

"Deck repair was completed in just half a day and looks great."

"I have already reviewed this company in detail yesterday. Let me summarize that review by saying that this company was simply excellent in every respect: they arrived on time, worked extremely hard all day removing and/or trimming shrubs, trees, etc. They were both professional and personable. They did excellent clean-up when the job was finished. We are quite satisfied with the work that they did, and we give them whatever rating is above A+. As we said in our earlier review, we are not related to them in any way -- other than as very satisfied customers. A great company!"

"Jeff and his crew does amazing work. Jeff pays attention to detail and couldn?t ask for a better service! We love our new Kitchen and his costs are very reasonable"
