"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."
