If you are upgrading your home, I can come in and do a wide array of repairs. Reseating doors/window repair/bathroom repairs/small plumbing projects/some electrical installations. Wall repair and painting from one room to the entire interior/some outside repair and painting. Porch & deck repair/staining, power washing, and some raingutter cleaning and repair.

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
